I thought the shower would be spacious, but alas, it reminded me of a sardine can. The breakfast menu was a disgrace, so basic and uninspired that it barely qualifed as food. Receiving no complimentary upgrade ruined my experience, a touch of luxury would have softned the blow, but clearly, that's too much to ask.

Very friendly staff.
The staff speak Italian, Spanish and Portuguese but hardly any English, which can be a bit hard for those who don't speak some of the other languages mentioned....

The noise level is intolerable at night with people lingering outside!!! A simple heads-up from management would have been appreciated!!!

Nice and most important clean hotel. Simple but very fairly priced. Very nice, helpful staff. Plenty restaurants around (not recommended the one outside- da Giacomo, overprice running on their reputation and our waiter was rude), 50 meters to the tram that will bring you to the Main square, right outside the Duomo.Small but well stocked supermarket just a block away. The area feels nice and safe. Breakfast very basic but with lovely freshly brewed true Italian coffee.
Was a little bit noisy one night (week night, the weekend night were quiet) but it was a constructions works outside and they are temporary so not a hotel fault and they wont be there for ever. We had a room with window going out to the back yard, so no noise from the street. No wi-fi from the hotel, but free wi-fi from outside :)

The staff here went above and beyond, especially Marwan, who smiled and served me an early breakfast. I loved relaxing in the cozy lounge area and enjoyed the lovely garden outside too. Just a heads up, the WiFi was a bit spotty on the second floor, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all! 😊

Nice front desk people. . . thats it
The worst matress I have ever stayed on, I would have prefered to stay on the floor. Breakfast was also a huge let down.
